Earlier this month I gave a Nutrition 201 talk at CrossFit NYC. This was a follow up from my Nutrition 101 talk, which outlined the foundation of healthy eating (controlling inflammation and having balanced meals). Nutrition 201 outlined how to take these principals and incorporate them into real life.
