I offer a six-month intensive program, where we meet in person or over the phone, for 50 minutes, twice per month. Each program is tailor made to your specific priorities, goals, and current lifestyle, based on what we go over in our initial conversation. We focus on your needs and how to create a happy, healthy life, in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
During our meeting’s, I am able to listen proactively, cut through the BS, ask targeted questions, and help pinpoint what’s really going on and what may be holding you back.
